Pros

Great teammates - you will always find support within your team. Start up - you always are able to see the business grow Interview process - very smooth and unique from personal experience. They show a slide with all the details of your salary and what applies to what you get.

Cons

Leadership - They are constantly micro managing and trying to find new ways to mico-manage. They treat employees like robots and have strong beliefs that employees can't be "burnt out" if you enjoy your job and the company you work for. I personally enjoy the company and my team, but I am still burnt out. "We push hard" - They use this constantly to push employees past the limit and think it's okay as long as it's a part of the company values.

- Culture encourages extreme ownership - Company has very specific preferences around how to effectively work and collaborate which is widely emphasized. This type of clarity is mostly refreshing. - The continued investment and execution (now with AI) is inspiring. - Great place to be if you want to be push the boundary of what is possible. Feels like Rippling is uniquely positioned for this moment with the right platform and leadership to win.

Cons

- The number of products can be overwhelming although many teams are specialized. - Things break and customers have issues due to huge variation in use cases and the speed of innovation. Can cause a lot of distractions.
