Pros

Cool product that’s solving a true business need in the HR space. Customers were always a joy to work with as well. Pay was great and coworkers were smart and always willing to help.

Cons

Without a doubt the most toxic culture I’ve ever been a part of. Leadership is unhelpful and condescending. Make you feel small for asking questions or reaching out for help. Onboarding process was a joke. 2 weeks of high level product training and then you’re thrown to the wolves. It doesn’t take reading many Glassdoor reviews to get the hint…Rippling is led by a group of spineless and cutthroat leaders who lie to their employees and have no ability to empathize. Here’s my advice to individuals looking to join this organization: RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!

- Culture encourages extreme ownership - Company has very specific preferences around how to effectively work and collaborate which is widely emphasized. This type of clarity is mostly refreshing. - The continued investment and execution (now with AI) is inspiring. - Great place to be if you want to be push the boundary of what is possible. Feels like Rippling is uniquely positioned for this moment with the right platform and leadership to win.

Cons

- The number of products can be overwhelming although many teams are specialized. - Things break and customers have issues due to huge variation in use cases and the speed of innovation. Can cause a lot of distractions.
