Pros
The platform is incredibly functional and automates much more than any other platform on the market. There is a lot of opportunity to have a real impact at the company. There is a great continuity between departments, and everyone is focused on continuing to build a great product and bring the right customers in.
Cons
It's a startup, so things aren't well defined. That means sometimes you have to navigate through a few things to find an answer, or it may mean the product doesn't do something yet. If you're not a self starter, or want something predictable and consistent, it may not be the best fit.
