Pros

-decent pay -peers are usually really great to work with

Cons

-really talked in the last 4 months because is product "updates" breaking everything and they do not care what that does to support teams -instead of making changes to back support teams up and make their employees feel supported, they increased all the micromanaging -out of touch upper management does not care about support affects experience working here and burnout

Feels like Rippling is uniquely positioned for this moment with the right platform and leadership to win.

Cons

- The number of products can be overwhelming although many teams are specialized. - Things break and customers have issues due to huge variation in use cases and the speed of innovation. Can cause a lot of distractions.
