Pros

Restaurant inside is free of charge for employees.

Cons

Very old-style company in very old and sad building with turnstile and ridiculous working time despite your real job efficiency. Very nepotistic and patronising company. If you are a real professional, do not apply and do not accept any position here otherwise you will play an outsider role and will be underused. Sales people are useless. The role is resized to customer care (organizes visits and appointments, delegations etc.). If you are a qualified sales person, you are really wasted here. Totally unprepared managers make decisions without any industrial logic. No one to one meeting, no valuation/measuring system. You will never learn anything from these people. They didn’t get the management position because they deserved it but because they are someone’s son. Salesforce organization is terrible: there are no clear engagement rules, who work per product, who by geographic area except for certain types of customers, who only per customer, who per agent. Cultural stereotypes and lack of teamwork: the relationship between subsidiaries is spoiled by still very old stereotypes (on both sides) and by deep cultural gaps. The outside world has changed and this company still lives in prejudices as it was most probably happening in the 1970s. As in the 1970s, the overall infrastructure (People, Process and Technology) does not allow the exchange of information and knowledge. Employees generally prefer to keep everything on paper rather than online. Giving information here is considered to lose power, not to gain it. Lack of training and professional education: People are simply not trained at all. All the employees with more than 3 years’ experience are completely inadequate to work elsewhere. So, once you join the company, as you don’t grow and learn anything at all, you will never be able to get hired from a normal company and will be stuck in the 70s!

Pros

I have been working at this defense company for over three years now, and it has been a truly rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative and innovative environment where employees are encouraged to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to national security projects. Leadership is supportive and transparent, providing clear direction and opportunities for career advancement. The company offers competitive benefits and a strong commitment to employee well-being. In my role, I have had the chance to work on exciting projects that have a real impact on the defense sector. The team is highly skilled and motivated, and there is a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual respect. Overall, this company is a great place to build a career, especially for those passionate about contributing to important defense initiatives and working in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

Cons

Work life balance is a challenge during the initial growth phase but has begun to get better as the company has continued to hire additional employees.

Pros

None. Go get a job with a real company that actually cares about their employees and a sustainable future. Not just chasing the next big thing without a plan or process in place.

Cons

1.) “Market disruptor,” composed of the same people in executive management that made defense a billion dollar black-hole of taxpayer money in the first place 2.) Highly incompetent engineering management in the software department. Can’t tell the difference between an embedded system and an enterprise system. 3.) Very, very poor leadership: You will not be supported. But, you will be expected to carry the weight of an entire program on your shoulders with no equity in the company and four or five different people harassing you for status, but unwilling or unable to lift a single finger to help you themselves.
