Pros
Good Benefits, fairly solid 401K match, work-life balance is good or they at least try.
Cons
Very little or inadequate training. They train you for a week but very little of what you learn is applicable to what you actually do, very heavy support as a salesperson I would spend 80% of my week supporting customer issues, so not much time to spend prospecting or generating new business unless you want to work well beyond a regular schedule. Women primarily dominate the employee makeup and management, many don't seem like men much. Very out of touch management, so much chaos due to their poor use of CRM tools, and their general sales and support process ends up causing so much repetition in tasks and documentation it makes it difficult to accomplish important tasks. They are not very interested in hearing any thoughts that might help improve their process, which in my opinion is NOT working to the advantage of their sales staff.
