Pros
Very open communication throughout the local office at most levels. Admin. mgt. and sales reps worked nearly seemlessly. Training and mentoring was the best I'd ever experienced in the real estate profession. Very polite and people oriented. (... with a few exceptions). I was very pleased to be involved there. Previous experience was well received in the starting commission agreement. I thought there were wonderful benefits.
Cons
It was a time during the financial down turn and most real estate offices were shutting their doors. Higher levels of management were using standard phrases that were basically irrelevant in an effort to providing a sense of calm/stability to all agents and admin. staff during the turmoil of the times. Almost seemed out of touch. A bit of a gap between higher echlons and the local office from a new agent's perspective.
