Great teammates. Good opportunities to rebuild environments since we recently were infected with ransomware including our backups and are starting from scratch. Great benefits, company bonus, etc.
Cons
Management is not on the same page. If you follow 1 Manager's rule, you will be sure to be violating the policies of another. Current Manager is a micro-manager who feels the need to be into everything- clicking around, performing needless and sometimes harmful tasks. Dishonest, vengeful, and will bully his team to do what he feels needs to be done. Nobody, not one of his team, nor others who have interacted with this person likes him. We finally hired a resource for our Rochester location, who honestly was an asset. Making good changes, helped a lot of us with challenges that we have been trying to resolve for months. Was our go to as far as rebuilding our environments to best practices. They let him go for the only reason that our Manager had it out for him. Left us pretty screwed. I am desperately searching for a new job.
