      Pros

      - Lot's of partying - Great mentoring and management are constructive - Nice office environment

      Cons

      - UKI sales is in a tough spot if you are coming in fresh, a huge amount of internal competition and more politics/game playing necessary to hit targets rather than real sales experience - Salary is not competitive - If you are not based in the Barcelona HQ it can be isolating, and difficult to be recognised for your work

Creating a constructive and supportive workplace is very important to us and many of our Sales Execs in UK hubs have been deeply involved with our office culture, from helping to organise hub events and having being sponsored by management to become Mental Health First Aiders. We also appreciate your honest input on areas for improvement. On compensation and benefits, we are very aware of how important this is for our people. We run regular reviews to ensure we are staying competitive and aligned with the market. This remains a clear priority and we have taken positive steps forward on this in 2025 for our existing team. Sales can be a challenging environment, particularly in a fast-growing and constantly evolving company. We recognise this can be especially true for new joiners, which is why we have a structured onboarding process with clear ramp-up targets to support their success from the start. For team members outside our Barcelona HQ, we are continuously investing in stronger communication, recognition, and inclusion across our entire Revenue team, to ensure everyone feels connected and valued, no matter their location. Our team of managers also ensure they regularly travel in person to all hub locations. Thanks again for your feedback.

      Pros

      -Clear career growth path at Perk! The company is very transparent about the steps to become either an AE, AM, or IS after being an SDR. Perk is fast-growing and the opportunities are endless. They’re always adding new roles you can become after being in an entry-level role. -Product: One of the best products in the industry. Customers love talking about their business travel process, and it’s an easy product to be passionate about. My personal experience with our product is seamless and exactly how we market it. -Work-Life Balance: Extremely attainable. I have not once felt like I have to overwork myself or continue my work at home, which is a night and day difference from my previous job! -Hybrid-Work: 3 days in-real-life, and 2 days remote. Also 20 work-from-anywhere days as they encourage us to travel. Compensation: Extremely good. Base salary is at industry standard. Commission is uncapped and targets are very attainable to receive a 100%+ commission check. -Culture is unmatched! Extremely friendly sales team always looking to help and coach others in sales. Perk is very straightforward in how they envision their culture/environment. -Yearly company trip to Barcelona, Spain! And chances to travel and work out of other offices.
