Pros

The company is pretty flexible when it comes to work schedules and allows working from home when you need it. Like a lot of publishing jobs, you'll work more than 40 hours sometimes, but the fact that they are flexible about hours makes it okay. The benefits are great, dress code is fairly laid back, and overall people seem to be happy working there.

Cons

You really need to spend some time in sales if you want to advance into upper management. In some cases this is valid, but somtimes there are people who would make great managers without spending the requisite 2 years in a sales job. If you don't do that, it will just take a lot longer to move up.

Pros

When a project goes according to plan you can work with some great people and make decent money.

Cons

Bad behavior is tolerated when you have a weak team member. They are allowed to remain on payroll, even if they do not effectively contribute. The burden is often placed on the team members willing to pick up the slack. Promotions are not given to the most qualified. They are randomly assigned. There are some horrible scoring directors as a result.
