      Have a huge workload. Tight deadlines. There is no encouragement after completing any important work. Don't hope anything, work only for your own satisfaction.

      From home and relaxed working environment

      Cons

      They never know when the project will end or start so you can’t line up other work. Projected end 16th and we end 10 days early? Thats a lot of wages now I don’t have.
