Business Outlook
Pros
The company has a strong business model and you won't have to worry about being out of a job so long as you can meet expectations. The work life balance is great, I've never been pressured to work over time or on weekends. The salaries are fair and competitive and there are opportunities to move up or around within the company.
Cons
Managers sit in nice offices while non managers get crammed into uncomfortable "agile pods" which nobody likes. There is no real career development training for non managers. Working from home is basically not allowed.
