Pros
Company culture is very well raised in general theory. The company is well promoted in social media, universities, and professional training centers. I would repeat the experience only with another management and another brand of the chain that I already know.
Cons
The staff is managed by inexperienced professionals, poorly prepared, and without sensitivity towards the human being. As well, they do not have detail in the service which is a must for the hospitality industry. It was something that really surprised me after everything I had read about Matute's management and Palladium's philosophy. The diversity and inclusion is not incorporated at all, there was discrimination by all departments and if you are good but not the preferred of the manager, you don't have long life over there. In addition, due to a lack of personnel, those who were really interested in working and/or learning there were being exploited.
