The job role is confusing and stressful, all of customer operations seem to be unhappy and staying after work is often necessary to complete tasks.
There is also a lot of difference in how teams are treated and this is because different team leaders lead their groups differently. This means that issues of annual leave and sick pay are often treated differently leading to a lot of workplace unhappiness as well as this is discussed in operations.
Confusing progression, after you have become a senior you are unable to become a '1D' as there is no concrete guidelines or examples of how to get to this level, this is disheartening.
Progression often takes a long time and you may be working on progressing to a different band for a 6 months to a year whilst already taking on the responsibility of this band.
I would recommend working at OEV but I could not recommend the customer operations role
