Pros
OPSWAT is a premier cybersecurity solution provider that in many cases has no real direct competitors. Much of our business comes through the front door by word of mouth and reputation. In my estimation my peers on the sales side are the dream time in drive, a willingness to communicate, share successful ideas, have a strong sense of accountability and the desire to consistently hit goals and improve. The comp plan and comp package is very fair and when you hit accelerators, the sky is the limit. I consider myself a very seasoned sales professional with over 30 years of experience as a top producer so when you go to work, OPSWAT Sales Management will expect the best and give that much back and more.
Cons
As a new employee I still have a limited view but my only issue may be response times from other departments with which I depend on to drive sales. We are growing at a steep rate and everyone is busy to the extreme in a very fast paced environment. Having this level of new business is not a bad problem to have and I mark it up to growing pains.
