Pros
- Decent pay (Still below average for area market) - Excellent communication with corporate staff, upper management, and employees - Best retirement plan I've ever seen
Cons
- Career Growth Opportunities: A lot of positions are filled from outside sources instead of promoting from within. Good workers are overlooked for their lack of higher education and are beat by the people who have degrees (Which don't really apply to the position they hold).
