      Pros

      freedom to develop business in your market, they don’t micro manage you

      Cons

      They use Salesforce as a big brother to monitor your sales activity. Lack of training program. No mentoring program. Pull you in many different directions. They cap your sales commision.

      Very nice company, no overtime, very open about letting you network and experience what different fields do.

      Cons

      Kinda slow at times, you might not always have work to do as an intern.
