Pros
Worked with some terrific people. Unfortunately the terrific people aren’t valued and end up leaving.
Cons
Workload is unbalanced. Lacking tools to effectively and efficiently do our job. In constant fear of getting laid off. Focus on tech and apps, but not the quality of the data feeding into these apps. Biggest gripe is promotions, took a year for the promotion. There are no opportunities for growth and advancement with this company. Additional responsibilities are constantly added to positions, with no additional compensation yet IMS CEO is making more than other health company CEOs, despite profit losses.
