Work from home is THE only pro.
Cons
unstable workplace, no one knows what they're doing, everyone takes forever to help you, servers are always going down, no one seems to care, management couldn't be any more disconnected if they tried, you tend to get stuck on one process and that's your job forever, staff is so thin you don't have a backup so forget about taking a vacation without bringing your phone or laptop, i could go on and on.
