      Pros

      IQVIA is a wonderful company with great benefits. I love their 401K match program, their wellness perks, and the tuition assistance that is offered. There is tons of potential for upward growth and the company has great leaders.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
