Pros

Very flexible work schedule Work from home Nice bonues Great health benefits Great Educational benefits

Cons

Since going public- Travel accommodations are now less safe for staff Lost technology reimbursement Education benefit now tied to tenure (which means they can fire you and you owe them the money back if you have not worked out your tenure for the benefit, lay off is different) No retiree benefits Awful open desk environment (maybe ok for the foreign countries but the US culture is different) Expensive healthcare Use to have room to advance now its dog eat dog (use to love my co-workers but the environment is now watch your back ALL the TIME) Poor managers who have to manage customers and staff....staff lose out and never can advance (so we leave for better jobs when we really dont want to!)

Pros

Resources and access to good studies to be successful in research, immediate PTO benefits, 401k match.

Cons

Growth opportunities/compensation - besides the annual merit raises of <3 percent I haven’t gotten a raise in 5 years.

Pros

Great pay initially, especially after negotiating. People are very smart and willing to meet for networking and learning opportunities. Flexibility and work life balance is by far the best perk - especially since many roles are fully remote.

Cons

Merit raises have been subpar the last 4 years and do not come close to keeping with inflation, consistently the company cites great EBITDA growth but that never is shown in bonuses nor merit raises despite receiving “exceeds expectations” ratings. Parental leave is a nominal. Very easy to get “lost in the sauce” of such a large company.
