      The people, the quality of product and the work-life balance.

      Cons

      The pay is poor and it's almost impossible to get a pay rise. IQVIA has made itself a stepping stone company for bright talent.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
