Pros
Typical Pros: average salary, job security (you won't get fired at Quintiles), good benefits, metrics are average, decent per diem (but not worth it anymore)...the hours requried for full re-imbursment or not possible.
Cons
OUTSOURCE, OUTSOURCE, OUTSOURCE....If you want to spend your hard earned time traveling and writing quality reports only to have your report comments sent back 4-5 times for rediculous revisions please accept a Q positon. Reports are outsourced to India employees that don't have experience in clinical research. This model is horrible and not worth the average salary and headache.
