      Pros

      I'm not sure I would work there again and don't have anything to list.

      Cons

      Poor pay structure. Constant struggle to get even a noticeable raise even with excellent reviews. Outsourced IT services offerings are not focused on providing quality to their customers. Bottom line always feels like the only driver for anything.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
