Pros
Decent benefit. Flexible work hours. Global company. Opportunities to move around. Knowledgeable employees that you can contact and get ideas from. Teams seem to work well within the departments.
Cons
There seems to be management shuffle and re-org every 3-5 years. Can run into corporate bureaucracy which can hinder process moving forward or to make a change.
