      Most departments lack structured or comprehensive training Low pay Low bonus, if any For annual review each dept only allowed 2 people that exceed expectations (qualify for promotion) and should have 2 people that do not meet expectations (require performance improvement plan) To advance or make more money, you’re better off leaving the company and then coming back in the future.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
