      Good pension, friendly colleagues, nice office location

      Cons

      Constant corporate restructuring, including senior management/line managers disappearing with no notice and no explanation. 2 company name changes in a year. Long hours, poor work/life balance.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
