      Pros

      Decent salary considering NCR region which would seem less when you start working in this company.

      Cons

      Inhumane work culture. Discouraging managers. No space for personal life. Demotivating. Would lead you to loose your confidence. No scope to leverage your skills. Already written codes are being used to avoid testing. Unhelpful colleagues. Leg pulling everywhere. Boot licking and Chauvinism.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities/compensation - besides the annual merit raises of <3 percent I haven’t gotten a raise in 5 years.

      The layoffs were handled quietly and unexpectedly, even though there were some early signs. They didn’t share who else was affected, but it was clearly more than just me.

      They’re doing layoffs in phases, and my position was part of the most recent round.
