      Policies environment made by the senior mangement.

      Cons

      Loosing them slowly as new mangement taking up and they really not enchasing the tallent within the company. Management are only concern about generating the revenue and not conentrating on the services provided, quality improvement, and developing process.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
