      In IMS there are lot of freedom of work and no bossing by the seniors.

      Remuneration is competible to other companies of the industry and no motivational programs for the employees.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
