The senior management are horrible. It is quite common in Quitiles that your line manager kick the most difficult tasks to you when you just started, and you were told that you can pass it to the next new person as your manager did. The senior management protect each others, so there is no accountability. No work and life balance, you have to work at evenings and weekends to meet their requirements.
