Supportive and collaborative team environment with strong leadership and communication. The company provides excellent training, clear expectations, and opportunities to build skills in patient support and compliance-driven programs. I had a very positive experience working with colleagues and leadership, and felt valued in my role.
Cons
Work is largely project-based, so there may be limited job security depending on contract timelines. Placement into another role after project completion is not guaranteed, which can create some uncertainty.

Pros
Great pay initially, especially after negotiating. People are very smart and willing to meet for networking and learning opportunities. Flexibility and work life balance is by far the best perk - especially since many roles are fully remote.
Cons
Merit raises have been subpar the last 4 years and do not come close to keeping with inflation, consistently the company cites great EBITDA growth but that never is shown in bonuses nor merit raises despite receiving “exceeds expectations” ratings.
Parental leave is a nominal. Very easy to get “lost in the sauce” of such a large company.
