      There is an actual respect from management compared to other mega CROs.

      Cons

      Expected to work 8-10 DOS which is complicated by extremely dynamic study teams asking for the moon. CRAs are asked to do the impossible.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
