      Pros

      Good people to work with, enthusiastic culture. Focus on developing and growing the business. Good projects and account opportunities. Great place for exposure to many different methodologies, projects and clients. Leadership committed to making change and repsonding to concerns of the workforce.

      Cons

      Totally male dominated at the senior/ Vice President level. Location is not very central. Industry groups compete for good people and resources. Still some VP's have their 'favourites' and other people don't get a chance. Some of the selling methods are to pushy. A lot of presure to sell and meet revenue targets.

      Pros

      Decent pay, average benefits, some autonomy to get things done

      Cons

      The entire leadership group that I was hired under was gone within 18 months and replaced but far worse examples. Micro-managing and then threatening corrective action plans as a means to force out those who they didn't like or earned too much. From a technology perspective, the storage products are average and inline with competition, but with far fewer reps in the field and no real marketing or inside sales to speak of, Hitachi Vantara is largely irrelevant in the Storage industry now.
