Very good overall for an IT consulting firm - Manager Hitachi Vantara Employee Review

Good Technologies, great people, awesome experience

Limited in my scope of addressable accounts to sell into

Decent pay, average benefits, some autonomy to get things done

The entire leadership group that I was hired under was gone within 18 months and replaced but far worse examples. Micro-managing and then threatening corrective action plans as a means to force out those who they didn't like or earned too much. From a technology perspective, the storage products are average and inline with competition, but with far fewer reps in the field and no real marketing or inside sales to speak of, Hitachi Vantara is largely irrelevant in the Storage industry now.
