Pros
Great place for a young person to start out their career, especially when just exiting college. Received vast exposure to clients, business problems. Was given the opportunity to display skills in a variety of ways including internal initiatives/events. Management is helpful when allowing people to seek work that appeals to them.
Cons
Based on input from other colleagues and peers, Hitachi Consulting's compensation (especially at the lower ranks) may be significantly less than consulting firms of similar size; this includes salary and bonuses. Benefits compared to other firms and client companies are decent, but not covered 100% by the firm.
