it's good for new people, mostly juniors, when you are someone that have more experience you realize that you are not good pay, there is no balance between what you do and the remuneration you received. It's a shame.
Cons
salary low according to the market, there are people that has been with the same salary more than 2 years. Globant knows that, but they just don't care
