You could get a stable account to work with and last a few years. But you will be stuck there forever though.
Cons
Meat grinder unrespectful attitude towards older people that stay long or are senior engineers. Younger kids are expected to quit in a few years anyway, so normally few people see the ugly side of things. There is an intranet site to bad mouth your coworkers and lower their internal hiring score. Managers use it to pull your strings, when there is nothing to complain about you. Atrocious and borderline illegal. Zero quality trainings available, management are just billing clerks, the so called studios rarely produce anything valuable, all a blurry scam with a hint of a "party" attitude that is just an invitation to get wasted on the next night out with your coworkers.
