salariy stability once on a project it is prety solid
Cons
- if you need to find some role to help you, it is very hard to find someone, you have to jump between 2-4 people to get to someone that might help you - forget raises, non existents. Had a friend who posted a ticket with a case for a raise and 1 year later nothing, only roadblocks - they tell you in all hands everything is booming and they rewrite using ai and stuff but the tools do not work
