Pros

Good atmosphere You'll learn solid engineering principles, especially regarding QA. The technical expertise was pretty good in general I was given more responsabilities after less than a year, the performance evaluations are fair

Cons

I worked as SW engineer in satellite mission control, so my experience is limited to that area. - Not very innovative technologicaly, maybe because of the constraints from the client space agencies - Projects are mostly customizations, this is not the place to work if you like to start from scratch - Lots of sysadmin work, not so much programming. That is a plus for some people, it's just a matter of taste, but I wouldn't expect evolving much as a programmer here - I expected more training, particularly in the space domain, and received almost nothing. For what my collegues said it looks like this company has seen better days, where more training was offered - They have the bad habit of hiring you for just 1 year, and only then permanently if they find you suitable for the job. This is kind of cheating in my opinion, there is a test period in contracts for one reason In general I expected more innovation for an aerospace engineering company
