      Pros

      Great culture, some very bright people, variety of projects and programmes and a variety of clients - frequent meetings and events back at head office and the surrounding pubs stop people from going native

      Cons

      Focus on expansion in Poland and the USA, rotation off a project once you have been on it for a long time can be forgotten, the favoured few tend to be looked after
