Intelligent, skilled & friendly colleagues, excellent client relationships with 2 x top tier banks, you can choose your direction and train as much as you like
Cons
Need to improve their AWS & Azure offerings: a bit GCP focused atm. Inappropriate people get promoted to management roles based solely on delivery competence or academic background and they don't have the requisite people management skills. The company have a history of resource augmentation work for one major bank, but they're doing well to move away from this.
