Pros
Lot of international colleagues, opportunity to work for big clients. Good atmosphere (not all projects). Cool offices (at least in Barcelona)
Cons
No growth opportunities at all. Far from the city. No career plan. Inexistent salary raise. Tons of broken promises. This is a company that doesn’t care for the quality of the project. They just want to deliver ASAP to charge the client. They normally tell you to not report your vacations to the client so they can charge more.
