• Chronic system outages eliminated consistent paychecks • Supervisor made and broke promises repeatedly • Verbal agreements denied and undocumented by management • Unequal remote work policies applied unfairly • Point system punishes employees for management failures • Required office attendance with no functional work available • Pay below industry standard for experienced employees • Hours unpredictable and frequently cut short mid-shift • No transparency or trust from direct leadership • Bait and switch on schedule and benefits promised at hiring

Pros

There was a 9/80 schedule, but the new CEO took it away. There are some really great people.

Cons

9/80 is no longer The Director of Recruiting is very hard to work with. Not many people that deal with her are satisfied.
