Pros
* WFH company even before the pandemic, so deep and positive culture on how to get things done with quality even with the entire team spread around the world.
* Incredible HR team from the first contact for the interview and keep close during our life cycle during the company. This is really key point for WFH company.
* The company is increasing every year (human resources and financial) and works hard to keep the same culture and all teams close and motivated.
* The company has a good culture to follow up closely with all employees and recognize them, not only during the regular feedback but also by sharing it with the entire company, give bonuses, salary reviews, and promotions at the end of the year.
Cons
* Still need to improve some quality process, but at least they are showing good progress this year.
* It's growing fast and I have afraid all these good things get lost with bureaucracy.
