Fever offers decent benefits and is, at the time of writing, flexible in terms of WFH (though they seem to be phasing out remote work).
Cons
The biggest issue throughout Fever is miscommunication. The workload could be incredibly light one week and unreasonably heavy the next, with no hint of a raise or growth to a higher position.
