Pros
Good clients, fun events, cool opportunities and some lovely people to work with!The direct team was great !Growing company and working with people from all over the world.
Cons
No plan for team structure or growth, no space to climb up within the creative teams, so you have the same title for years... Management doesn't seem to have a clear idea or strategy of what they want to do exactly with some roles.. The company grew way too fast for them to adjust?
