Pros
The company is good if you are young and need to get experience. Actually the environment is young because of low salaries and it ends up being not inclusive even though the company works in increasing the employer branding rate based on that. It is not bad but it is a temporary place to work.
Cons
Low salaries, lack of management, lack of inclusivity. They rely on the brand to keep salaries low.
