Pros
They are a very successful company, and that's something you really notice. There's no penny pinching, or messing their staff around. They have the resources to really look after you, and you feel appreciated. When I started they gave me a top of the range laptop, an Iphone and a company credit card. And when I said I wanted to have a home office, for the days I worked at home, they also gave me a desk, a desk chair, a printer, a monitor etc etc, without asking any questions. They even sent a guy to my house, to build the office desk for me. The offices are nice, the cafes are nice. They compensate their staff really well - I'd say salaries are probably 20% up on the industry. You just feel very well looked after. Which is a novelty, if you're coming from a smaller company, where everything is about saving money.
Cons
The Oxford office is not that easy to get to. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere. Moving to a central Oxford location, or nearby London, would make things easier. But that's a minor gripe.
