For this reason, we use market surveys and consultants to benchmark and design top-tier, market-based compensation and benefits packages. Each component of our Total Rewards program is built to be flexible, considering factors such as region, country, department, job family, role, level of seniority, and contribution towards Dynatrace's growth.
